Fully featured cost proposal creation.

A cost proposal can have multiple stages and each stage can be set to a status such as Pitch, Current, Completed, Invoiced & Rejected. Each stage can also be charged as an hourly cost or a recurring cost. Initially a cost proposal would be set to draft which allows editing, once the cost proposal is sent it's status should be set to 'Awaiting Approval' and once approved 'Current'. Only 'Completed' stages can be invoiced.

Cost proposal management.

Cost proposals exist within 'projects' which can also contain a wide range of information such as emails, todos, invoices etc. dependant upon the Moobiz modules you subscribe to. Old versions of cost proposals are kept for reference in the project management pages and each carry an individual status.

Workflow status reporting.

When you subscribe to Moobiz Cost Proposals, the 'projects' homepage contains a top level report detailing your project cost proposals within the categories: Current pitches, Work in progress, Completed, Recurring projects. Each cost proposal value is listed, along with the totals for each stage, giving you a clear view of your workflow status.
