Behind the scenes improvements

We've spent a few days this week tidying up how Moobiz works and improving maintainability for our developers. Nothing exciting to look at, but makes it easier for us to spot bugs and add new features!

For techies, besides plenty of refactoring and cleaning up of long deprecated functions, we've also moved over to PHP5's magic __autoload() and chopped out approx. 1,500 lines of require_once() clutter :o)
