Contact rename / delete improvements

We've just been going through our own Moobiz Contacts and in the process found a few areas which could be smarter when you're tidying. We've therefore made the following improvements:

Contacts can now be renamed while maintaining a history of former names. This means you can keep your Moobiz up-to-date but still find people and companies by their previous names should you forget. Any invoices or cost proposals maintain the names used when creating the document, which seems best for legal things such as those.

Moobiz has always been careful when you ask it do delete one of your contacts, for example it won't let you delete someone if they've placed orders on your web site. Now, it's helpful too and lets you know the reasons why a contact can't be deleted and warns if any related information (such as job applications) will also be removed.
