Although we put a lot of work into making Moobiz reliable, things can go wrong from time to time!

However, when something doesn't quite go as it should, we've made Moobiz pretty good at telling us what happened so we can fix it quickly. In most cases, this is by way of a special web page which we all keep an eye on throughout the day. If Moobiz gets really upset though, it'll also email and text us telling us to go and have a look!

For you, this means any web site problems get fixed promptly, saving everyone time.
