E-commerce order confirmation templates

Order Confirmation emails and Packing Slips have been updated to be sent using standard XSL - the same as Broadcast emails, Cost Proposal letters and Invoices.

For now, this has simplified how Moobiz works, making it easier for us to maintain. In the future, you'll be able to customise your templates should you need to change contact details or want to put in a promotional message.
