Phone number standardisation

Not the most exciting Moobiz update, but as part of our continued efforts to make Moobiz use best practises throughout, we've updated how we store phone numbers within Moobiz.

This means numbers are stored consistently, making imports / exports and integration with other services simpler.

When displayed, numbers are then formatted according to UK Telephone numbering standard.
