Updated Abbey business banking Statements import

If you use Abbey Business banking, you'll no doubt be aware of the recent 'upgrade' to their internet banking system.

While it didn't go all that smoothly for some Abbey customers, ourselves included(!), some good news is that the new system is capable of exporting your statements as valid CSV files. Hurrah!

We've therefore updated Moobiz to allow importing of the new Abbey CSV files, and removed the code we'd put together in the past for dealing with the abomination of what Abbey felt passed for a CSV file before.
