Proposal input form improvements

Each stage is now split into it's own fieldset, with buttons to add new stages/tasks/costs without reloading the page. It will also calculate your task/cost totals whenever you change the quantity, amount or VAT rate.

To delete a task or stage, you now just need to empty the title and save the form. Before, you had to tick a box next to each one to delete it, which was a little confusing, and inconsistent with other document editing.

The Quantity, Amount and Duration fields now line up a lot better, for easier reading and input.

As well as all this, we've also added drag handles so you can easily re-order your stages and tasks!

And once you've finished adding, editing, deleting and dragging, just click the "Save and Preview" button to preview your Draft proposal. Simple!
