Quicker invoice closing

Closing invoices used to be a 2-step process. Ideally you'll have received a remittance advice from your customer and you'd tick off the invoice(s) and press the "Close" button, which would then take you to another page asking for more details and another "Close" button to press. Just to make sure!

We've now moved that second step into the footer of the invoices page. Less clicks.
