Re-organised Ledger settings

We've just put live a tidy-up of your Ledger settings in the App Library. Before this, settings for VAT rates and start periods were scattered between the Ledger, Invoicing & E-commerce apps.

Now they're all in a new 'VAT & Reporting' app which felt a bit more obvious.

Also, for a long time now the management of your Ledger categories had been in the main navigation along with some over-complicated forms once you got in there.

This didn't feel right as we want to keep the main navigation nice and simple for the day-to-day running of your business.

Tweaking categories tends to be a rarely needed piece of functionality & we've noticed people clicking on the navigation link expecting a report. Therefore, we've moved Ledger categories into the settings for that app & vastly simplified the form.
