Payment Gateways breaking out!

Previously, we had a section within 'Orders' for all the Payment Gateway (e.g., PayPal, Google Checkout, etc.) and their settings. This seemed a bit like overkill when we sat down and thought about it -- you're most likely to just be using one Gateway, and it's more like account settings than general e-commerce management.

The only sensible (and blindingly obvious) thing we could think of was to change the 'Ecommerce Shop' App into a main App (instead of being within 'Website'), with all of the Payment Gateways as its child Apps.

So now, instead of making a Payment Gateway 'active' or not, you just enable it from the 'App Library' page. Once it's enabled, you can edit the settings for that particular Gateway.
