Simpler header and footers within Moobiz

Along with a new, subtler, border separating the top of every page from the actual content, we've moved your account details to the footer with the aim of getting them out your way.

Previously, the top-right corner of every page within Moobiz would show your name, company and possibly a photo of yourself if you'd uploaded one. Along with a link to Logout:

We decided this wasn't really the best use of space - you (hopefully!) know who you are / what you look like and there's also a good chance that getting on with work is more of a priority than to Logout.

Therefore, we've lost the photo and moved the other options down to the bottom of the page. Out of the way, but there when you need them.

The only thing left in the header is the link to our Support & feedback section. With the extra space, we'll be giving this extra prominence and making it more useful over the coming weeks...
