Merging duplicate company details

We've just put live a new feature to help you keep your Moobiz nice and tidy - a simple page that tells you if there are any duplicate companies and, once you've confirmed them, merges the duplicates together.

While Moobiz has for a long time warned you when adding a new company if one already exists with that name, there were a couple of places we didn't. Importing company details from a CSV for example, so we've made a few other improvements to hopefully pick off duplicates before they even exist!
