Ledger receipts improvements

In the past we've tried two things which didn't really work as well as we'd like:

1. Show a warning next to ledgers that didn't have a receipt file uploaded.
2. Show a thumbnail preview of the ledger receipts when hovering over the ledger description.

The problems were that the hover was unexpected and annoying, plus not all ledgers have (or even need) a receipt file, so Moobiz was drawing attention to non-problems, which was also annoying (not to mention unnecessary!) We even added an extra account setting just to stop these warnings showing up if you didn't want to store receipts in Moobiz.

BUT...

If you do store receipts in Moobiz, it's handy to know which ones you haven't uploaded. For example, you might type some ledgers in just to get them done, and then leave your scanning until another day.

SO...

Possibly subconsciously inspired by the new Twitter and how it nicely indicates when a tweet links to a photo, video or other media, we've added a subtle icon when browsing your ledgers - just after each description - to indicate that a receipt is attached.

This lets you scan a list of ledgers (by month or category perhaps) and spot any that have missing receipts. You can also hover over the icon to quickly preview the receipt, and click to view the full-size receipt.
