Invoicing improvements

Starting as we mean to go on, we've just put live a few invoicing improvements to celebrate the new year!
First up, viewing an invoice is a bit tidier - we've made the document nicely fit on your screen without two sets of vertical scrollbars on those long invoices and without stretching too far horizontally on widescreens. See before and after screenshots below:

Above you can see how the invoice looked very stretched on a widescreen display and the two scrollbars on the right were awkward to use. Below is the tidied up view...

We've added the option to download a PDF version of the invoice, simply click the link in the footer. This was probably one of our most popular invoicing requests and while we've avoided it before, technology has improved in the last few months (for any geeks reading, data URI's and a mature enough HTML/CSS to PDF converter) such that we were able to add the feature without going crazy.
Emailing an invoice also has some improvements. Along with the option to attach a PDF version...

...Moobiz now keeps track of when you sent the email and to who. This has been requested several times, so we're pleased to add the extra detail to help you see the history of an invoice.

When emailing a customer their first invoice, you also need to type in their email address if you've not already put it in Moobiz. When that happens, we now also store that email address against the customer for you automatically. Just a small thing, but saves you time when sending them their next one!
Lastly, and an update we managed to get in last year, we've removed the confusing 'Moobiz numbers your invoices automatically' message when creating a new invoice. Should you need to know what your next invoice number is likely to be, you can find it by clicking 'Account Settings' in the footer of any page and viewing the settings for the Billing app. Thanks for the suggestion Jeff!
