Merging, tagging and exporting Contacts

Over the past few weeks we've made several improvements to the CRM features in Moobiz. Here's a quick roundup:

Export company details

You can now export companies to a CSV spreadsheet as well as the existing VCard (VCF) option. It's your data and we're committed to making sure you can always download it.

Identifying and merging duplicate companies

We've long had a simple way to find duplicate people in your Moobiz so you can merge them and keep everything tidy. This can now be done for companies as well and we've added the option to merge contacts without exact matches, such as 'Jim' and 'James'. This can be found amongst the other tools along the footer of the main Contacts section.

Tag browsing

We've simplified browsing your tags by adding a quick 'View tags' button to the Contact section so you can easily see how your tags are used and browse between them. Viewing tagged contacts is also now consistent with viewing contacts by A-Z groups, so you can see phone numbers and so on immediately.

New look for companies

Viewing company details has been updated to our new design, consistent with recent updates to people and projects.
