Adding people quickly

We've given the 'Add person' form in Moobiz an overhaul! Before it was quite a monster with every possible field sitting there asking to be typed in:

However, most of the time you just add a name, email, phone and usually a company too. So the new form puts those four details right up front and simplifies the rest:

Rather than display everything, the new form "unfolds" as you use it. So once you start typing in a street or postcode, the other fields appear. Pick a company the person works at and the job title appears and so on.

We've also removed the 'country code' picker for phone numbers - you can always type this info in if needed. Start and end employment dates have also been replaced with a simple checkbox for whether the person still works at the company or not - if you need to keep track of specific dates, a note in their history works much better.
