The Answers
- Is Moobiz self service?
- Yes. When you create a new Moobiz you will be given a basic design template with the functionality integrated and ready to go. If you would like to customise the design further just let us know and we'll be happy to provide you with a cost to make the changes you require.
- Can I just take the website tracking?
- Of course. Many of the Moobiz services are stand alone such as the email marketing and To Dos.
It's the more sophisticated services such as e-commerce and billing that require other services (usually contacts because they need to work with customer information). - What is included in the price?
- The service charge includes hosting, the bandwidth your web site uses, rental of the functionality you are using and all incremental improvements to the service.
- What isn't included in the price?
- The service charge does not include design changes, content changes and amendments.
- What is mine if I want to leave?
- If you wish to cancel your Moobiz and take your website elsewhere you can download your data from within the administration pages eg contact, product and stockists etc.
You can also download the interface of your website using a tool such as WinHTTrack website copier, this will give you a local snapshot of your website interface with which you can develop your own functionality. - What isn't mine if I want to leave?

- If you employ a developer who builds an e-commerce website for you then they leave, you have a website that you can't manage and you are back where you started.
- Would I not be better off getting my own e-commerce website built?
- Building an e-commerce website from scratch can be very expensive particularly when maintenance, hosting, bandwidth, server/database/security updates etc are factored in.
Moobiz offers a wide range of available functionality coupled with clear cost of ownership. - So do I get updates for free?
- All updates to functionality you already have are made automatically so it gets better without you having to do anything!
The only time you might not get an update is when it is an extension to the existing functionality that would mean integrating it with your site specifically.
