Email Sharing from Moobiz solves the problem of so much communication about your projects happening outside your project management system.
Just use your email as you always have. Then, when convenient, quickly tag messages to your projects. Duplicates are hidden out of the way and Moobiz learns from you, tagging follow-up conversations automatically or suggesting a project for known contacts. Clever stuff!
As you've trusted us with access to your mailbox, we've taken extra special care of security. We encrypt your mailbox password and only ever use secure (SSL) connections to IMAP mail servers. We receive messages back securely and only ever index messages - we don't delete, move or create anything.
All of us at Moobiz HQ are big Gmail fans, so we've made it extra easy with settings picked up automatically. We also index your All Mail folder, so just hit the Archive button in Gmail when you're done with a message. We'll find it and you can keep that inbox under control!.
