We use the information you supply to communicate with you about matters regarding your Moobiz account. We do not (and never will) pass your details on. Moobiz Ltd is registered with the UK Data controller.
Keeping your data safe
Moobiz is hosted by industry leader Rackspace in their UK data centre with 24 hour support, daily data backups and state of the art physical security. Moobiz is provided over the same (SSL) encrypted connections as used by online banking services. Stored data is written to multiple disks instantly, backed up daily, and stored in multiple locations.
A managed infrastructure
Our software infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our products run on a dedicated server which is locked down with firewalls and carefully monitored.
Physical security measures
Our Rackspace servers are protected by biometric locks and round-the-clock interior and exterior surveillance monitoring. Only authorised personnel have access to the data center. 24/7/365 on-site staff provides additional protection against unauthorized entry and security breaches.
Secure payment card processing
All credit card transactions are processed using secure SSL encryption. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
Priced fairly
We offer the first month for free to ensure that Moobiz is for you. You then pay at the end of each month for the price band that matches that months usage.
Free to go
There's no long term contract with Moobiz, so you are free to cancel your account at any time. The month in which you cancel your account will be the final one you pay for.
