We strongly recommend importing bank transactions in OFX or QIF formats, however we do allow CSV's from certain UK banks.

Cooperative / Smile

Cooperative / Smile don't offer the ability to download transactions, however you can workaround this to get your transactions into Moobiz:

When viewing your transactions, place your mouse in the top-left cell of the table and drag to the bottom-right to select them all (see below) before going to the Edit, Copy menu.

Next, open up a Spreadsheet application such as Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice.org Calc and click in the top-left cell.

If you're using Microsoft Excel go to Edit > Paste Special and select Unicode Text from the list of options and click Ok.

If you're using OpenOffice.org Calc simply choose Edit > Paste.

You should end up with something that looks like the following:

Finally, go to the File, Save As (or Export) menu and save the file as a Comma Delimited CSV file type.
