You can either download a CSV of your Ledger entries for the financial year and give it to them, or provide them with a login to your Moobiz account (recommended).

To create a new user login (may increase your pricing band), head over to My Account and click '+ User' before completing the required details.

It's up to you of course, but in general we'd recommend granting 'View' permissions for ledger entries, VAT reports, bank accounts and invoices.

To help them get started, a user logging in with permission to view (but not change) ledger entries will be shown a 'Review ledger entries for previous financial year (2010 - 2011)' or similar message in their 'What's On' dashboard section.
